1. Return Window

  • Standard Returns: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return
  • Custom or Personalized Items: Custom artwork cannot be returned unless defective
  • Digital Products: Digital downloads cannot be returned after download
  • Limited Editions: Limited edition items have a 14-day return window

2. Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Original Condition: In original, unused condition with no signs of wear, handling, or display
  • Complete Packaging: In original packaging with all included materials, certificates of authenticity, and documentation
  • No Damage: Free from any damage not caused by shipping, including scratches, dents, or discoloration
  • Proof of Purchase: Accompanied by original proof of purchase or order confirmation
  • Odor-Free: Free from any odors including smoke, perfume, food, pets, or other environmental contaminants
  • Protective Materials: All protective materials (plastic wrapping, foam, etc.) must be intact and included
  • Authentication Intact: Any security features, holograms, or authentication markers must be undamaged

2.1 Artwork-Specific Requirements

  • Framed Artwork: Frame and artwork must both be in perfect condition
  • Canvas Prints: No stretching, warping, or edge damage
  • Paper Prints: No creases, folds, or corner damage
  • Limited Editions: Certificate of authenticity and numbering must be intact
  • Signed Pieces: Artist signatures must be undamaged and authentic

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized artwork
  • Digital downloads after they have been accessed
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Items returned after the specified return window
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
  • Gift cards or promotional items

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Package the item securely with all original materials
  5. Ship using the provided return label or approved method

4.2 Return Shipping

  • Defective Items: We provide prepaid return shipping labels
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Wrong Item Sent: We cover all return shipping costs
  • International Returns: Customer responsible for return shipping and any customs fees

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Refund Timeline

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method used for purchase
  • Credit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on statement
  • PayPal Refunds: 1-3 business days

5.2 Refund Amount

  • Full Refund: Purchase price minus original shipping (unless item was defective)
  • Partial Refund: May apply if item is not in original condition
  • Restocking Fee: 15% restocking fee may apply to certain returns
  • Return Shipping: Not refunded unless we made an error

6. Exchanges

  • Size/Color Exchanges: Available within 30 days for eligible items
  • Same Value: Exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value
  • Price Difference: Customer pays difference for higher-priced items

7. Damaged or Defective Items

7.1 Reporting Issues

  • Report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • Keep all original packaging materials
  • We will provide prepaid return shipping

7.2 Resolution Options

  • Replacement: We'll send a replacement item at no charge
  • Full Refund: Complete refund including original shipping costs
  • Partial Refund: For minor defects that don't affect functionality
  • Repair: Professional repair for valuable items (case-by-case basis)

8. Shipping Damage

  • Inspect packages upon delivery
  • Note any visible damage on delivery receipt
  • Contact us immediately if damage is discovered
  • We will file claims with shipping carriers
  • Replacement or refund provided once claim is resolved

9. International Orders

  • Return Shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs Fees: Customer responsible for any customs or duty fees
  • Currency: Refunds processed in original purchase currency
  • Processing Time: May take longer due to international shipping

10. Digital Products

  • No Returns: Digital downloads cannot be returned after access
  • Technical Issues: We will resolve technical problems with downloads
  • Wrong File: We will provide correct file if wrong version was delivered
  • Quality Issues: Refunds available for significantly misdescribed digital products

11. Gift Purchases

  • Gift Receipts: Returns processed as store credit without gift receipt
  • Original Purchaser: Refunds can be issued to original payment method with proof
  • Gift Cards: Can be issued for gift returns when appropriate
  • Same Policies: All other return policies apply to gift purchases

  • Final Sale: Items marked "final sale" cannot be returned
  • Promotional Items: Free promotional items must be returned with purchase
  • Discount Codes: Refunds reflect actual amount paid after discounts
  • Bundle Deals: Entire bundle must be returned for full refund
